Abstract

Rendahnya kepuasan kerja perawat dapat mengurangi kinerja perawat, mengurangi komitmen perawat serta berdampak pada organisasi yang memperkerjakan perawat tersebut. Penelitian ini ditujukan guna melihat dampak motivasi intrinsik, dukungan rekan kerja, work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat RS Bakti Timah Pangkalpinang. Desain kuantitatif kausalitas dipakai dalam penelitian. Responden ialah 91 perawat. Metode analisis data yang dipakai ialah SEM-PLS. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik dan work-life balance masing-masing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dukungan rekan kerja ditemukan tidak berdampak terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan motivasi intrinsik dan work-life balance guna memediasi pengaruh dukungan rekan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja yang tidak signifikan.
